HOW THE COURSE WORKS

This is a self-paced online course designed to help you build self-awareness gradually, thoughtfully, and without overwhelm.

The lessons are short, manageable, and visually engaging, using illustrations, diagrams, and practical frameworks to make emotional and psychological concepts easier to understand and apply in everyday life.

The video lessons total just over three hours in length, and many of the exercises can be completed in around 10–15 minutes. With around 20–30 minutes a day, you could move through the course steadily and complete it in around two weeks — though you are completely free to go at your own pace and revisit the material whenever you want.
